Well-- we woke up this morning and Grier was not as perky as he usually is... so when we felt his head he was warm!! Ahhh!!! A fever-- it sends us running around making sure all our ducks are in a row because we know the drill at CMC! Grier and I left for the hospital and Grace, Hayes, and Jeff left for baseball--
We are at the hospital now waiting for CBC results and blood cultures to come back-- It will be 48 to 72 hours at least-- Please pray that nothing grows out and he has a normal virus and we can get out of here soon!!
Grier Martin Christenbury(age 2 1/2) was diagnosed with stage IV neuroblastoma on Tuesday, March 27, 2007- This blog is to help family and friends know how he is doing with treatments. Go Grier Go! www.caringbridge.org/visit/grierchristenbury

We will pray for all of you. Please know we are thinking of you.
Love The Paine's
Amy,
Praying for you all here in our house!
Summer is in full-swing for us...busy, busy, busy. Abby just got back from Camp Seafarer today, so I'm washing and unpacking. Adam goes to soccer camp this week and Mitch goes to Charlotte Junior Gym for camp this week. So, Abby and I will have some "girl" time to catch up on her week away.
Hope despite the fever, all has been going relatively well. Not as many updates on the Blog; so, I'm assuming things are going well. Sounds like Grier had a fun birthday and you've certainly been keeping busy with everyone's extracurricular activities. We're keeping you in our thoughts as usual and praying you all get to go on vacation as planned...surely well-deserved by the entire family!!
As always, please call me if I can do anything for you. I'm probably going to the mall tomorrow...let me know if I can accomplish any errand for you!
Love and Prayers...
Dina
Amy,
So sorry to hear you are back but will pray that it will be a short visit and you can get back to your summer. I hope you two had a decent nights rest and Grier is feeling ok this morning.
We think of you daily and continued to be inspired by your strength.
Continued prayers to all of you.
