Grier started chemo on Tuesday and it has hit him hard this time. He is getting sick and sleeps a lot because of the anti-nausea medication- He has brief moments when he wants to play-- these usually happen when Hayes and Grace come to visit- Our nurse assistant helped us get a larger room today so that was a blessing-- we are so cramped in the smaller rooms-- Hayes' foot is fine and Tucker still does not feel good-- and my hives are still around--
We enjoyed the visitors today and Grier loved his candy treat!-- He has not eaten much but he did try every color of tootsie pops today!!
Happy July 4th--

When it rains, it pours!!! Grier has been so brave; he'll find strength to get through this round of chemo as he has the others. As to the hives, can't you talk those nurses into some free medical advice??? Much love...Susan Leary
We are sorry you are having a rough time. Hopefully things will be better soon. Hopefully you will all be home soon. We are thinking and praying for you.
Lots of Love,

So sorry to hear that Grier was not feeling great for the 4th. Hope things are looking up, that he is feeling better, and that you still get to go home on Friday. Thanks for the recent updates -- it's great to know what's happening. Continuing to say my prayers for the little guy and your whole family! Hope to see you soon!

We are so sorry to hear that Grier is having a rough time this round. We are so happy though that he had gained so much weight on vacation- at least he has more reserve now for when he gets sick- maybe he will not feel so peuny :(. So glad you all had that time away. Hope your hives are better, your dog is feeling better, and Hayes's foot is ok. Thanks for all the updates. Hope you come home today. Thinking and praying for you all- Jen Hatley
