Well- It is Friday and we have been discharged again!! I am not complaining -- it seems to be our new Friday rountine-
He did great today. We woke up early and started watching his class video-- I would say we watched the 11 minute video at least 30 times today-- every nurse that came in saw it as well as any visitor-- When Dr. L came in he saw it too!!! Grier was waving to the TV at the end of the video when all his friends are waving good bye-- It is really sweet to watch-- I did ask Dr. L if we could visit his friends when his counts go back up and he said yes!!!
He is eating really well-- he is also still getting TPN so any extra food he eats is just extra calories!!
He is playing with Grace right now as my mom and Anne and I are unpacking-- it is really nice to be home--
Thanks for all your prayers -- they are working!!

Yay!! I missed you by 15 minutes this afternoon -- was so happy to see that room empty! Hope Grace is feeling better tonight -- I missed her at lunch and heard she went home early with a tummy ache. I know that video must be cute to watch it 30 times!! Won't it be wonderful for him to visit his friends? Have a great weekend AT HOME!!
Love and prayers,
Betty G
Oh yippee!! So glad I checked one last time tonight before heading to bed. Hope y'all have a great weekend together at home. Use the cold and rainy weather as a good excuse to cuddle on the couch and rest!
Love to you all!
Nibal and the gang.
GREAT NEWS!! So happy to hear of your Friday discharge...hey, nothing like a bit of routine, right?
I, too, might like to see the class video...I bet Grier feels right at home watching it! Those teachers and staff are awesome.
Hope you all have an enjoyable weekend...maybe a bit of hot chocolate in store...it's pretty chilly! Enjoy the downtime before next week's carpool, clinic and sports routines take over.
Hope Grace feels better...possibly already is since Grier was playing with her. We're thinking of you all and praying for peaceful sleep and happy days!
Lots of love...

WOW-I decided to check the blog one last time for today but had no idea I'd find news like this! I think I'm going to have to go wake up Aubrey and Henry to tell them. So glad you guys are back at home and that Grier did so well with the treatment this time!!!
Love to all of you--
Susan

Wonderful News!!
Hope your walls are echoing with laughter during the days, and your nights are quite and peaceful. Maybe Grier would like for me to bring him his new green crocks!
Continued prayers from the Rock.
