We did not have to go to the clinic after all-- blood was drawn at home and then taken over to the clinic-- the results came back and he did not need platelets so we were able to stay home today--
If all goes well we will be home until Tuesday--

Wonderful to hear that you will have some time at home ....fantastic news all around.
Take care! Erin
thats great..at least it saved you a trip. Amy, I think you've got the nurse lingo down pat! You'll probably have enough training soon to sit for boards! I understand all the jargon you are using :) Its wonderful that Grier is getting a little stronger.

Paul and I went to Charleston for the weekend and just got back. Glad to hear you didn't have to spend endless hours at the clinic Friday...what a relief for you and Grier!
Hope you have all enjoyed your weekend together! Look forward to talking with you soon!

Dear Jeff and Amy,
I'm so glad you didn't have to go in on Friday. I hope the weekend has been a good one. Any more out of the park homeruns? Brian was proud. "That's Jeff's boy," he said. Our prayers are with you.
