We made it home last night around 8pm-- Grier kept asking why it was dark outside when we walked to our car???
Everything is going well so far-- Home Health will deliver neupogen today and we will have to do that injection for the next 15+ days-- it seems to be longer each round of chemo-- we also will have to keep checking hemoglobin and platelet levels-- we will mostly likely have to go for a few transfusions this week and next-
Grier will most likely hit zero ( his white blood count) soon so it will be important to stay away from crowds, sickness etc. since his body will have nothing to fight the germs--- If you see us-- please just wave or give an invisible High Five--- he likes to go to baseball and soccer so I try to get him there without being around too many people-
Thanks for all the blog entries-- We love to read them-- and for everything else people are doing behind the scenes!

Amy,
I can't express enough how much you are all on my mind and in my heart. I am so happy that you were able to get home last night...Grier is so very patient and agreeable:) I'm sure baseball was first on his "to do" list for today!
Hoping and praying that the staff/doctors as SK keep plugging along with Grier's case and that you'll have a "plan" before long. We're all so anxious to know as I know you all are! He's going to be in terrific hands...he'll be the one getting all of their attention and energy very soon!
Don't forget to call when you need/want anything. Happy Painting!
Love & Prayers...

It amazes me how tough ya'll have been through this entire journey. Even though I don't always comment, I check the blog and pray for you often.

We continue to pray for you all. So glad you are all home together. Hopefully the next week will be uneventful as possible and you can have just some controled chaos. We continue to be amazed by the strength of your family.
Love and blessing to you all and especially Grier who continues to touch so many of our lives with his amazing strength.
