We were discharged today around 5:00pm-- about the same time as last week!! But time we have not had fever for several days AND he was talking a little today as well as smiling at visitors as long as they did something funny-- like Go Bananas!!
Dr. L said we could go because he has started to eat--- well-- he had a whole KK doughnut this am and then ate icing from a cookie this afternoon!!! At this point we will take what ever he eats--
Thanks for all the company today in 7914-- it made the day go by fast--
I will try to update the blog daily while at home-- We are scheduled to start the next round the 25th but it may be pushed back a few days so he can gain some strength ( as well as Mom and Dad)--
That is it for now-- Thanks again for EVERYTHING!! Go Grier Go!!!

So glad you are all home - and I hope you get some rest! Maybe now that he is home, Grier will want to eat a little more. We were in Atlanta and my mom asked what my bracelet was for. Hadley started cheering, "Go, Grier, Go!" over and over before I could answer. We are all thinking of you guys.

Amy & Jeff,
Now this is something to talk about! So excited were Mitch and I when we came to visit and found that you and Grier had gone home! Mitch said, "Grier went home? That's good, Mommy!" Abby & Adam sang out a "YEAH" when we got back to the room and called them to share the news! We were glad to trade places with you!!
Hope you're adjusting well and able to sleep through the night with a calm and peace knowing everything is going well. Enjoy your time with no beeps, intercoms, monitors and unfriendly nighttime visitors!
Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
Continued love and prayers...
Dina
Dear Christenbury Family,
What a JOY to see Grier yesterday afternoon at the soccer fields! I know returning to "normal" probably has been harder than expected, so I hope each day continues to get easier and more comfortable. Here is to sunny, spring days good for strolling (and hopefully Grier walking) and to hearty appetites and restful nights. We are eager to help in any way, but in the meantime, our first and last thought of every day are of you and our specific prayers are for Grier's strength, comfort and healing. We love you all!
The Falls Family
