We had a long night last night-- He started with the chills around 5:45 and then spiked another fever yesterday around 6:45... And again around 2:00 the chills started and fever was 102.9 @ 3:30-- Everytime I looked over at him last night his eyes were open so not much sleeping was going on-
He got platelets last night and will get blood today-- I have not heard if the cultures came back positive yet-- I will update after I see the rounding Doctor-- unfortunatly it is not Dr. Longee this week-- If this is a long stay, I will be pushing for a new room-- This room is across from the nurses station at the beginning of the hall and is LOUD from normal stuff and traffic!!!

Amy,
Sorry that Grier is still not feeling well...sweet boy:( Hoping you like the doctor that you meet up with today. For Grier's sake and yours, hope your stay will not be a long one so you all can get back home for the weekend...and get some good rest.
As always, call or email me with any needs/requests.
Love & Lots of Prayers...
Dina

Hope you have better news this afternoon. Hope it is not a long stay, but if it is a few days ,hope you can move.
Get some rest if possible.
Today Mitch talked about Grier and had a big smile on his face when he showed me his bracelet around his ankle. He gets so excited when he sees anyone else have the bracelet on.
Always Praying,
