family time-
Here is a quick update before all 5 of us go to bed---:)
Hayes, Grace, and Maggie got here very early this morning ( Thanks to the Bonds for the frequent flyer miles and Zanna for the ride to the airport!)-- Some of us took a nap ( me included) before we went to LENNY"S for lunch!! Then the boys came back and played in the playroom and Grace and Maggie and I went shopping-- it was nice to walk around NY-- I actually had not been past 1st Ave-- in a long time-
They have been good to get Grier to talk more-- he is actually eating a little too-- We got him some "muscle milk"-- full of protein and he seems OK with drinking it!
So, it was a good day- and tomorrow will be busy as well-- Hayes wants to go to the Museum of Natural History AGAIN--- so that is the plan-- Maggie may stay with Grier since his stamina is not so good- It will be nice to spend some time with them and not have to worry about anything for a little while-

What exciting news!!! I’m so glad that Grier is eating, drinking and playing a little!! It was awesome to hear that you made it to Lenny’s!!! I bet Grier loved hanging out with the boys in the playroom! I am also happy that the girls were able to get a little shopping in:). Enjoy spending time with Grace and Hayes at the museum. Hope Grier feels even better tomorrow.
Love,
Troy
So happy that the family time today was good and a boost for Grier! I know getting away from the Ronald was good for your soul, Amy! Shopping makes most of us women feel better!
Glad to hear that Grier ate something today -- keep him drinking that milk and make sure it is whole milk with all the fat to fatten him up!!
Hope you'll take some pics of the whole family together and post them tomorrow. Everyone loves seeing pictures of Grier and Hayes and Grace would make the pictures even better!
Hope your slumber party isn't too rowdy tonight -- sleep tight!
Love and continued prayers to the Charlotte Christenburys together in NYC tonight,

Hayes mentioned this week that he wanted to return to the Museum of Natural History. We figured that it would take at least five visits to cover it all--such a big place with so much good stuff to see. Hope you are all having fun together and that you are also able to get enough rest!!! Sleep tight--
Susan
Glad you were able to get some family time. Hope today is fun and you have a little relaxing time. I bet the city must be cold with all those tall buildings. Dress warm.
Maybe today Grier will feel up to that turkey sandwich to go along with the muscle milk.
Have fun at the museum.
As always you are in our hearts and prayers.

Amy,
So glad to hear yesterday went so well...Grier eating a bit more, talking more and out and about some! The muscle milk sounds "yummy!" The more protein and fat, the better he'll feel...along with some Dulcolax/Miralax. Hope that gives way soon!
Ah! A little "retail therapy" is so good for the female soul! Glad you were able to enjoy a little "girl" time!
Hopeful today will bring some well deserved attention to Hayes & Grace! I know you'll have a wonderful time. The Museum of Natural History is awesome...you'll always see something new there on each visit! Enjoy!
Still praying that Tuesday goes well and you stay on track to get home Wednesday. How nice it will be to get back to your bed, I'm sure! Look forward to hearing more and seeing pictures from this weekend.
Have a beautiful Sunday!
Love & Prayers...
Dina
You news brought tears to my eyes. Sounds like the most wonderful weekend. Enjoy your Sunday. Praying and thinking of you all constantly. Victoria
Amy,
Thrilled to hear Grier was talking and eating more after his siblings arrived! Hope today was a time for you to get "out from under" a bit and enjoy you older children.
You all are regularly in my thoughts and prayers as I am a "compulsive" reader of your blogs. It has taken a long time tho to let you know by leaving a comment.
Love to all,
Ruth Cobb
