I am sorry about the fever and everything on hold. We will pray for no fever and for things to move along so you can all spend Thanksgiving at home.
We will be here if you need anything.
As always in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
The Paine's
So sad to hear of the fever today -- will be praying for a quick back-to-normal temp!
I hope you will be home for Thanksgiving; however, being at CMC with home and all the family just down the greenway is far better than being in NYC with home and some of the family many states away!
Hope the new doctor works out to your liking -- I know he will fall in love with Grier just as every other doctor and nurse has!
Hope you get some rest tonight and things will be better in the morning.
Love and prayers to you tonight!

Amy,
I missed the first update this afternoon (soccer all day for two & birthday party). I am truly sorry that Grier has got a fever and was not able to begin his treatment as scheduled. However, I am confident that he will feel better soon (possibly after starting antibiotics for some strange infection) and will be able to begin chemo sooner than later and get you all back home for the long weekend! We will be praying here in our house for that very scenario.
Hopeful you will all rest well with a bit of fever-reducer and feel better tomorrow. Sorry you do not have that awesome chair like at MSK.
Sweet dreams to all Christenbury's...love & prayers!

Oh, shucks! and let Grier know that is the "word" (shucks) we worked on this week at school as we shucked corn. I didn't come by having read word of the fever. I so hope he gets to have Turkey Day (and a turkey sandwich!) at home this coming Th. Now we are praying for that...my God loves turkey sandwiches and I'm sure she/he is listening...Gobble, gobble & hugs!
Susan Leary
I know he/she will listen. HUGS!
We are praying!
